About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Associate Intern to join our
growing team in the financial services industry. In this role, you'll help individuals and
families secure their financial future by offering a range of insurance products, including
term life, whole life, annuities, retirement solutions, college savings plans, and
estate planning services.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with clients by understanding their financial
goals and recommending personalized insurance and investment solutions
Conduct needs-based assessments to offer term insurance, permanent life
insurance, annuities, and other financial products
Educate clients on tax-advantaged strategies, wealth preservation, and
retirement income planning
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, consultations, product presentations,
and closing
Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies
Stay current on product offerings, market trends, and best practices
Participate in networking events, referrals, and community outreach to generate
new leads
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales (insurance, financial services, or similar industries
preferred)
Life & Health Insurance license (or willingness to obtain)
Strong interpersonal, communication, and consultative selling skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Ability to work independently and manage your own client pipeline
Passion for helping others achieve financial freedom and peace of mind
